Abstract |
Background. The study of temperature errors of primary eddy current transducers (PVP) is an urgent problem in the measurement of displacements, especially for quasidifferential schemes, in which in addition to assessing the temperature effect on the output signal of PVP, it is necessary to take into account the influence of the incompensation of the uninformative parameter. The aim of the work is to assess the effect of temperature on the output signal of PVP under the influence of not full compensation of the uninformative parameter of the equivalent circuit. |
